Church leaders and ministry workers in New England, especially lay leaders and volunteers, have so much on their plates and often feel isolated from the larger community of faith. In an increasingly faith-starved culture, we need each other more than ever—for encouragement, collaboration, growth, and mission.

Greenhouse brings local churches together and provides them with cutting-edge ideas, skills training, and soul care that will encourage and empower them to be more effective in their ministries. We connect, equip, and resource ministry workers in New England through:

• Training events designed to help you grow in faith and the skills you need in your role (everything from youth leadership to sound tech), and
• Multi-church youth events that resource your ministry and give you the opportunity to connect the people you serve to something bigger

As part of Berea Ministries, a family of New England camps and experiential events, our mission is to see lives changed for Jesus Christ. We partner with churches for life transformation and amplify leading voices from the Northeast to build up and unify the larger Church in New England, spurring each other on to carry out God’s mission together.
