Get ready for an unforgettable night out for your youth group, packed with high-energy entertainment, awesome games, great food, and Gospel teaching to engage and inspire your students in their faith.
The night includes a main session with fun crowd games, music by local Christian artists, and a compelling message from God’s Word. From there, students choose their own adventures with breakout games, pizza and snacks, a photo booth, inflatables, and other crazy fun activities!
The Late Nighter will encourage your students to connect more deeply with each other, reach out to friends who need to hear the Gospel, and put their faith into action in their schools, families, and communities…while having TONS of fun!
Why the Late Nighter?
The Late Nighter is not your average youth event. Founded by youth leaders who were tired of the same old same old and wanted to create something fresh for churches all over New England, the Late Nighter is a community-driven, collaborative movement to impact the lives of students and see the Gospel spread in our region.
At the Late Nighter, your group will experience:

We are grateful for our church partners who generously host the Late Nighter each year. The 2024 event will be held at His Providence Church: 262 Swansea Mall Dr., Swansea, MA 02777.
Who is this event for?
The Late Nighter was designed for youth groups and student ministries that serve students in 6-12 grade.
Not part of an official youth group? We also welcome parent-led groups! We simply require a ratio of one adult per every 10 students.
What will my group get out of the Late Nighter?
In addition to a fun-filled, memorable night out together, your group will deepen their relationships with each other, make friends from other youth groups (and see what God is doing around New England), be encouraged and grow in their faith, and have opportunities to invite non-believing friends to a positive, faith-based event. It’s an event that we pray will engage and energize your group for the year to come!
What does the Late Nighter cost?
$35 per student, and $10 per adult leader to cover the cost of your meal.
Who is behind the Late Nighter?
The Late Nighter is hosted by Greenhouse, a Berea ministry. Greenhouse is an incubator for the Church in New England, gathering leaders and ministry workers to encourage each other, share ideas, and grow in their skills and best practices. Through training events, youth events, and a network of support, we connect, equip, and resource the local church to carry out its mission—together.
What is expected of me, a youth pastor?
The Late Nighter wouldn’t exist without the efforts of youth pastors banding together for the sake of God’s Kingdom. We hope that you wouldn’t just join in on the fun, but also own a piece of the night with other leaders. There will be an informational Zoom call for youth pastors scheduled in advance to walk you through all of the available roles, logistics, and details of what you need to know.
Is there a theme?
Every year, the Late Nighter team looks to the Lord for guidance on a theme that matches the pulse of what is going on with New England youth ministries, students and their world. Our desire is that this event wouldn’t just be a place for students to meet other youth groups and have fun, but also be a place where they’re challenged to grow in their faith.
